G5 Display problem

I woke up the other morning and my G5 was on but there was nothing on the monitor (17" studio display). The touch portion of the display still works perfectly, but there is nothing....not even a flicker. Any ideas what this is? How can I troubleshoot? Monitor or video card?

Plug your monitor into your iBook. Wait, the Studio Displays... did they have only ADC input?

I took the whole thing down to the apple store. the monitor was the issue - i guess the backlight just died. now it's time to go monitor shopping! woohoo!

i'd like to find an ADC to VGA converter, though....to set up two monitors. they seem to be rare.
