G5 Dual Core 2.0 Yellow Light on continuously..

Currently, my G5 Dual Core 2.0 Yellow Light is on continuously on the front of the computer. From my research it stated that the light signifies that the plastic insert on the interior was not put back on correctly. I took the G5 apart and put everything back as it should be, and the light is still on.

And troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated!!!

Maybe its that little sliver reflective sticker on the plastic window? Its at the bottom on one of the bits that slot into the case.
