Resolved G5 Fan control question

Despite having used a 1.8Ghz G5 for eight years I'm in the dark on this.

Was wondering if there is anything similar to g4fancontrol for G5s…

Do I even want to mess with this?

My current DC 2.3 seems to be doing fine controlling the fans and is quiet so if I am inviting ruin I certainly want to know before I install something that screws everything up.

If you want them running at full blast, take the white piece of tape off the bottom of the air deflector
