G5 iMac Rev.B screen spanning

I was wondering if anyone out there with a rev B G5 iMac had tried the screen spanning hack out?
Reading the supported list on the website it only mentions the 64mb gcards and not the 128mbs.

I've read on here about peeps trying it out, but again only with rev A iMacs (as far as I could tell), so I'm a little bit nervous of trying - I only got it 3 days ago
