G5 Quad Hangs at Startup

Hi everyone.
It seems I've got some serious trouble with my Quad. At first I thought it was caused by LSI Sas card & it was removed (reflashed to latest version on another PC, no effect). Mac just hangs on boot or when I try to use boot picker or even when I try to enter OF console with keyboard shortcuts. Seems I need to dig in & to fix cooling system (and I have no idea or skills for this and there is hardly any service nearby which can do it even for cash). Attaching 2 pics, one with boot picker hanged & other - with red lights on logic board.

P.S. (Tried to do PRAM reset - no use).

On my Quad G5, I set boot-args in Open Firmware to cpus=3. Somehow the CPU it doesn't use is the one that would cause my hang.
But since Open Firmware hangs for you, that won't be an option.

You can try googling quad g5 cooling repair

I wish I could type something in OF... Even if it's opens, afterwards everything hangs & no input works,
