My G5 is running with 10.5 with a single 20 GB hard drive stripped from a dead 360, recently I found another spare 20 GB Xbox hard drive in my warehouse.

I want to ask if I can run both hard drives in RAID 0 inside my G5 to improve boot times? If yes, what precautions should I take apart from the risk of data loss if either drives have issues>

20GB disks will be significantly slower than even a "small", new disk, even if you put them in RAID 0. Yes, it'll work but won't be worth it.
