my favorite is the iSight
I've been using with Skype to talk with my mom and dad for free while I'm living in Japan. It's been so great, almost profound, to be able to talk and see them almost immediately over such a great distance. AND FREE!
It's been like one of those corny phone commercials that used to air that had you nearly in tears by the end.
