Game Center needs msging.

Also integration with facebook friends (As well as returning that feature to Ping), I don't care what extortionist prices Facebook charges you apple, they have all our friends at hostage.
 
Another thing it is missing is the ability to see your total game center achievement points for every game combined. That would be implemented like xbox live gamer score.

I recently updated my iphone to 4.1 when limerain came out and I was suprised to see how much potential game center has and how minimal it is. Does anyone else feel the same?
 
agreed with the messaging. i think apple should make it as close to mobile xbox live, without getting slammed for copying microsoft, as possible
 
Another issue I just ran into was after I was playing Blast4 with a friend on game center the game just quit when it was done and I forgot who I was playing with so I could not play with them again. They need to add recently played with. Basically I realized I am asking essentially for a very close rendition of xbox live. The biggest issues for me is still the lack of messaging, I feel very disconnected from my friends when the entire point of a friends list is to communicate.

There is a "Recently Played With" section. You just go to the game you were playing in Gamecenter and click the box that says "Recently Played".
 
Also, how about Face Time intergration?!?! So when u play a friend u can see your friend in a corner of the screen while playing a game. Now there should also be an option to turn off the Face Time within the game or settings as well. The front facing camera is already pointed at u, why not laugh at your buddy while playing a game together. Sounds like it could work. Although, probably not the first one to think of this. Later
 
Wait, what games can you challenge someone via game center? As far as I knew it was just a lame leaderboard.

I've played a few rounds of Fruit Ninja while on a FaceTime call in the background. It's probably one of the coolest features of the new iPhone. It's just wicked.
