Game Center reset?

A few days ago, Game Center asked to accept the new terms of service, so naturally, I did, and everything seemed normal. When I downloaded a new game that was Game Center compatible, it asked me to sign in, and I did. When I went to the Game Center app to check my achievements, it said I only had 1 game, and 3 achievements, when I normally have 10 games, and 186 achievements. When I go into the Game Center app, sign out and sign back in, my games and achievements go back to normal, but when I try and play the new downloaded game, I have to sign back in and once again I have 1 game and 3 achievements. And since the Angry Birds update yesterday, it does the same thing. Is anyone else experiencing this, and is there a way to stop this? Thanks for any replies.
