Game Center

I've recently been deleting some games from my iPhone and iPod, along with that deleted them from game center, looking back through it earlier i still have some games scores from previous games i have deleted but didnt delete from game centre, is there a way to get rid of them? Or do i need to re-install the game then delete from both?

Yes just reinstalled the game and delete it again and it should prompt you to delete it from gamecentre also.
