Yeah... I thought something might have been missing from the keynote. When are they supposed to release Game Center? Hopefully when iOS 4 launches, but you never know.
It's been in all of the beta releases and the GM release. Back in March Apple announced that GameCenter will not "launch" until later this year. Whether or not the app will be in the public iOS4 is anyone's guess; the service, however most likely will not be ready on initial release.
I believe it was April when they announced it, but at least Game Center is in the GM release. Hopefully it'll be available soon...

It will be interesting to see how Game Center pans out.
