game engine prices?

Idsoftware allows users to purchase their game engine source codes such as quake 1,2,3 etc for a fee ($10,000 non gpl) Can anyone give me a list of other game companies that offer there game engine for a nongpl/fee? Oh and prices would be nice too. Thanks.

i have used this one it is build in C++ and it is free, open source great engine

by the way what kind of game are you trying to make because some engines are made for special genres of games

Valve and their Source engine. I don't know much about the licensing though.

It's pretty good at 2D games, don't think it does 3D though.
