Game Knights and Merchants crashes on startup

I get this error.
Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGBUS)
Full log is attached. Any sugestions what to do?

Looks like you're running the PPC version via Rosetta in Snow Leopard, and the crash report is fairly vague. I would guess something internal to Rosetta is what crashed but don't know for sure. Is there an updated Intel version?

im not sure...
I downloaded game through torrent. Classic version. Then downloaded patch from apple.com.
When I try to start classic version, I get message, saying classic in not supported.
When I use patch, I get this error.

At first, game starts fine. I get to see all "sponsors" and "creators". And it even play intro-movie. But If i click to go to menue, game quits and I get that errorr.

Sorry pal, but we don't support piracy here. You should get a genuine copy if it truly is your 'favorite' game.

I do have it. But since my MacBook Air dont have a CD-drive, its much easier for me to download it, then by a cd-drive for 100$ that I dont need otherwise.

Is there a fansite or an official forum for this game? You'd be better off searching for one or using Google to hunt for solutions.
