Game Mode Stopped Turning On?

I’ve noticed all of a sudden - Game Mode is no longer turning on in my games that it used to instantly?

- iPhone 16 Pro Max
- Latest iOS
- All Games latest updates
- No Power Saving Mode On
- Rebooted Device Several Times

Cannot see a reason why as it all my games and now it does not turn on?

Anyone have this before?
