macOS game needs cd but do not want to keep cd in drive

i have a game that needs a cd to be inserted to play but i do not want to keep it in their.

can i make it run without the cd?

Yep. You can use Disk Utility to make a .dmg image file of the disc. When you want to play, just mount the .dmg.
