Game Progress from iphone 4 to Iphone 5

There maybe a thread on this all ready but I could not find it. So sorry if this as all ready been covered.

I purchased my new IPhone 5S and started transfer data from my Iphone 4 to my 5S. I thought I got everything to transfer to my new phone however, when I opened games like Temple run, fairway golf, bejeweled, etc. My game progress was not there. Is there a way to get my game progess to my new Iphone 5S?

The only game I had on my phone was PVZ2. My progress followed. Did you use iCloud to restore?

Yes I have tried both the ICloud and computer. If I go to my game center it show my trophies and progress. However whent he game opens I have to start over.
