Game saves location in backups

I have reset my phone recently and i had to use a backup from my other mac. I am now trying to get a save on my laptop onto my phone. I only need one game save.

So i am looking for the location of the game save or an app that can help me get it from the backup to the phone. I know where the backups are located but i do not know how to pick out a single game.

Thanks for any help.
