I'm going to out down everything I did, and just let me know if I'm missing anything because it's not working.

I downloaded from installer:
gsPhone
NetServices
MobileFinder
OpenSSH

I downloaded from my computer:
CuteFTP Pro
gba_bios.bin

1. I made a new connection (File>New Connection>Username-Touch, Host-(My Touch's IP Addres), Username-root, Password-alpine)
2.I connected to my iPod through CuteFTP
3.I put the bin file into Applications>gsPhone
4.I then took the ROM file for the gameboy game (Pokemon in this case) and added it to /var/root/Media/ROMs/GBA
5.I went to the ROM file's properties and changed permissions from 644 to 755
6. I restarted my iPod
7.I accessed gsPhone, but when I do it, it sill says that there's no ROM files in it.

If I left anything out, please let me know.
