Gameboy4iphone - bad sound & multitasking support?

Is there anyway to fix the staticy sound of gameboy4iphone? It's really annoying, yet I can't play a classic game like Pokemon without the sound...

Also is there any multitasking support for this? It's annoying how when it closes youyou've to restart, possibly loosing your save game..

Use GBC.emu. I like it more than any iOS gameboy emulator I've tried so far.
