Gamecenter on multiple devices

I installed 4.2 on my iPad and obviously Gamecenter is now accessible.
I have a series of games that I currently play on both my iPad and iPhone4.
However I'm much further in those games on the iPhone given it's constantly with me.
I thought that once Gamecenter came around, my games would all be synchronized, however despite Gamecenter on my iPad recognizing my iPhone's high scores and stats, the games themselves are not updated.

I'm I missing something here, or is this just the way things work?

think this is more down to the games developers rather than game center, game center is just about scores/stats/achievements. it's frustrating that saved games don't transfer when moving to a new device at all.

To give opinion. Just a shorter more direct approach. Maybe someday an owner of an iPad will see this thread and say "thanks mitch". Come on, you telling me all threads in here are 100% positive. Don't get yourself worked up so much.

its people like you that are bringing this forum down to the gutter. congrats on that. this used to be a really useful place until the likes of you.

if you think people will thank you for saying game center blows, then you need your head checked. maybe if you made a more contstructive post you may do.

Agree, but that's why I play at my iPad only.
