Everytime I open Gamecenter it disconnects my WiFi and asks me to reinput the password. Then when I try to view compatible games it does the same thing.

No problem here.. must be isolated bug with your phone :) Did you reboot?

Also, I just recently started playing games that are network intensive like Archetype and I tried Dinosmash as well.

I've noticed that if I hold my phone sideways in the comfortable position, even with a case on it, that I regularly drop game connections. Using speedtest holding my phone vertically, and then horizontally provides drastically different readings. This is all on WiFi.

Sounds to me like your router is choking when it tries to make that connection for whatever reason,

it's annoying, but not as annoying as not being able to hold my phone sideways comfortably without losing data speed.
