how do you transfer all your old purchases from one email account to another account with a different credit card. ive had my moms account on my iphone for awhile and i need to make my own account with my own credit card. does anybody know how i can do it? thanks!

You cannot transfer your purchases to a new account.
However, if she doesn't use the account, you can take the account from her and just put your credit card information in. You can also change the login email.
If you make a new account, you will have to repurchase all of your downloaded content.
