Games suddenly running slow

I have a 2013 21.5" iMac and recently my games have suddenly started lagging (Dota 2 & Counter Strike global offensive)
I play them on bootcamp

Speedfan temperatures
GPU: 57C
HD0: 48C
Core1: 64C
Core2: 60C
Core3: 62C
Core4: 62C
