ok i am gonna get the MPB 15" with the upgraded video card

is this capable of higher-end gaming? (Modernware 2 or COD:4 on mediumish settings)

or should i consider getting a cpu upgrade on it?

I have the same specs, except 17" and can play CoD: MW2 with 1680 x 1050 pixel with medium to better settings without major hiccups.

It lags sometimes in network games, but that may be due to my ping or so.

I use Windows XP SP 3 by the way.
