Best one by far, very well moderated but not as strict as NeoGAF, it is multiformat but there are a lot of PC gaming discussions. Lurk for a bit before posting much to get a feel for the place. Don't start many threads till you do, they have large threads for one topic rather than lots of little ones for every question etc...
