Gaming on Catalina (MBP 2015)

Hey everyone!


I just got a new used MacBook Pro 2015 with the AMD GPU and I'm excited to start playing some games from Steam under macOS. I have a pretty big library, but I'm running into some issues. For example, I tried to play The Talos Principle, but it wouldn't launch. It just blinked the screen and then nothing happened.

I also installed Weird West, but even though I filtered my Steam library to only show macOS compatible games, it downloaded the PC version and tried to launch the .exe file! 😂

I'm wondering if there's a list of games that are fully compatible with macOS Catalina? Maybe a Google Spreadsheet where people check and note the compatibility of different games?

I know I can always install Windows and play games there, but I'd love to see what games I can play natively on macOS first.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I just cloud game. I have geforce now ultimate and xbox ultimate. I play black ops 6 with the controller, and forza Motorsport with steering wheel. I plan on getting a flight sim controller for flight simulator. Also replacing right monitor with third 27” iMac.

I do want to download duck station which is a playstation emulator n okay some games I grew up on
