Hey guys. Recently I've got a MBA 2019 and it's my first macbook so I have a couple of questions. I know that this machine wasn't created for games but what is the best way to play on it? I've heard that emulating Windows 10 in Time Machine makes performance slightly better, are there any other methods? I tried to play some light games like Minecraft/Broforce and CPU was constantly at 100C and that's what bothers me. Is it acceptable? Will my macbook break someday because of it?

Short answer: your best course of action would be to consider an eGPU.

Do you mean running Windows 10 via Boot Camp? Boot Camp isn't emulation nor is it a virtual machine, it is a multi-boot utility. There's a special forum section here on booting other OSes on Macs, some of which deal with playing Windows games on Macs. Best to carefully read those threads first. You are not the first person to have expressed interest in this topic.

Time Machine is the macOS data backup system. It has nothing to do with dual-booting other operating systems.

All Macs break eventually. That said, running your notebook computer for extended durations at maximum thermal capacity will likely shorten its lifespan. By how much? No one here can tell you with an certainty a specific number of hours or days.
