Gaming on the M1 Mini?

Just wondering if anyone has played any Steam games on the M1 Mini, and if so, what was the experience like?

Considering getting rid of my Intel NUC Box and just running everything on the mac....and I like to play the occasional game, but I am in no way a dedicated or serious gamer
