Hi guys,

My apologies if this has been asked time and time again but I was hoping to just get this completely cleared up.

Basically, just ordered a new iMac to replace my other home rig which is way past it's time. I recently bought an iMac air and love it so there was no question I wanted my new home rig to be Mac as well. However, I do like to game as well so I tried to get a card that would supposedly handle most new games pretty well (the Nvidia 775M which is equivalent to the 680M).

I have no issue using Bootcamp for gaming but I just want to know, will running Windows games through Bootcamp be as smooth and native as running through a PC? Can I expect any issues? Or will this essentially be just as good as running Windows games with the same hardware on a PC.

Thanks!!

It'll be as good, as long as you get the latest drivers direct from NVIDIA.

Windows runs completely native under boot camp, no emulation. Don't forget, a mac runs all PC hardware.
