Gap between glass & frame

So this is my second Macbook Air 2019. Both have had this issue. On the right side and towards the corner there is a tiny gap between the glass and the rubber gasket. I can see dust getting trapped in there.

I have a couple questions.

1.) Does yours have this issue ?

2.) Should i exchange/return it again ?
