Gap on bottom of home page under the dock?

I recently updated from 3.1.3 to 4.0.1, I had blackra1n installed before and switched to jailbreakme.com.. Everything works fine except now I have a half inch space under my dock at the home screen, even my wallpaper is shrunken.
Dose anyone know what would cause this? Or how to fix this?

Try disabling everything in WinterBoard and see if it fixes the issue.

Remove the transparent dock one.

no change.. even did a soft and hard reset

went into winterboard unchecked transparent dock and it fixed the problem..

i went into cydia and uninstaled it figured it would have erased it from winterboard
