Garagband Tempo Matching

Hi all,

I cannot seem to accurately match the tempo an mp3 sample with an idrum Midi file drum loop in Garageband. i cant seem to match the tempo's perfectly between the two samples?? or even fine tune the tempo?? even when idrums slave to host tempo matching is on it still wont work.

i need some ideas on how to do this?

please help..
