Garage Band 3.0.4 won't update?

I have checked for updated but it is showing that what I have, 3.0.4 is current.

How can this be??? 4.1 is out with the iphone ringtone deal.

is it in the default Applications folder or elsewhere? I though that 10.5.1 fixed this issue but can't recall for sure.

Yes, it is the Applications Folder. I am using 10.4.11

sorry just re-read your post. if you're running Garage Band 3.x.x, you'll need to buy iLife '08 to get Garage Band 4 and hence the 4.1 update

Cool! I've actually got iLife 08, just have not put in on my new MBP. Should I remove the old programs or will it just update them?

I think it should update everything, but I'd backup your old files first to be safe.

search the forums, there was were some threads about this back in the fall.
