Garage Band Apple Loops

I got A new computer, that had Garage Band already installed on it, and it doesn't have apple loops, which means I can't use pre-recorded music. Note, I DO NOT HAVE AN INSTALL CD. I really need help with apple loops.

GarageBand comes with some preinstalled. The rest you have to buy.

I got the Loop/ MP3, and when I drag it to The Apple loops library, I click add new loop, but I can't find it anywhere. Where is it?
