HELP! ;)

I was jammin' along in Garage Band on my new MBP yesterday when, after deleting a track which had been set to Solo at that moment, all other tracks remained muted. Now the only way to get them playing is to set them all to Solo, but that's quite impractical.

Has somebody a solution for this? My song wasn't that far advanced, so rebuilding wouldn't be a problem - just don't want to run into the same problem again.

Sorry if this obvious, but have you tried Undo. You should be able to restore the track, un-solo it, and delete it again.

I could if I hadn't saved the song in between and closed GarageBand. I only discovered this after running it next time. :( If only Time Machine was already available...

The same hapenned to me, I guess it may help:

  1. I duplicated a track turned to solo
  2. I started a empty bar on this track
  3. Deleted the SAME track again
Turned off the solo button of all and misteryously everything did back to normal.
:)
Before it I tryied restarting the Garage Band and also the computer but it didn't work.
:(
