Garage Band Export

hi, i have a song in garage band made with my instruments but now i dont know how to export to a .wav for example.
plz help me thx

Export it from Garageband to AIFF or whatever its default format is.

Open the AIFF with iTunes.

In iTunes, go to Preferences > Advanced > Importing tab and select WAV Encoder for "Import Using". Hit OK, then select your AIFF in iTunes, and go to Advanced > Convert Selection to WAV.

Done.
