Garage Band Question

Is there a way to set Garage Band to count in before recording but have the metronome muted during recording? Having count in enabled with metronome disable just gives me a bar of silence..

I thought there was a feature in the Instruments panel that had "Metronome during Count-In Only". I really am not sure if I remember that right though.

If not, then no there is no option for what you are asking. Sorry.
