My friend and I played around with Garage Band for iPad 1 last night. Suffice to say, it's pretty phenomenal. Layering on top of the same track is really fun to do, you can really get some complex sounds going.
Here's a quick 16 measure recording done in about ~25 minutes. Obviously we were messing sound with the different instruments so it's not entirely cohesive. There is 1 guitar, 1 drums, 2 bass and a couple of piano/organ tracks. What do y'all think?
