GarageBand '09 - iPhone Ringtone does nothing?

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding something, but when I open up GarageBand I get the options:

New Project
Learn to Play
Lesson Store
Magic GarageBand
iPhone Ringtone

Everything works fine, except iPhone Ringtone which does nothing, doesn't make any templates appear in the window or anything. So what should it do?

Lifehacker has a quick tutorial on how to do this with GarageBand. I just tried it and it works great.
