I've written on the Apple Community but still nothing has helped. I just bought and downloaded GarageBand the other day but every time I open it, it crashes right off. I haven't even been able to use it.

I have a mid-2012 Macbook Pro 8 GB RAM 2.3 GHz 3rd gen. Intel Core i7. Its more than capable of running it. I'm running on the newest version of Yosemite. I have 64-bit plug-in installed. Also, it works perfect on the Guest Account.

Things I've tried:

1) Restarting the computer
2) Reinstalling GarageBand
3) Turning FireVault on and off
4) Moving GarageBand to a different folder
5) Using it on the Guest Account (Works perfect from there)

Nothing has seemed to help so far. to use it on my account Suggestions?

Without getting too technical the easiest way is going to be to copy your files to an external hard drive, create a new user account on your Mac and migrate to that.

Getting technical, you can move files from one account without copying, but as I said that's technical.
