GarageBand 3 - Podcasts

Does anyone else find that GarageBand adds an extra 4 seconds onto your podcasts when you export them? I have two and they both have 4 seconds of silence on the end. Anyone know how to fix this?

i'm having this problem too with iLife '08's garageband.

i'd like to know how you solved this problem...if you did.
