GarageBand 4 doesn't recognize all loops

GarageBand 4.1.1 on my iMac doesn't access all of the Apple Loops stored on my computer in the Loop Browser. They're in the actual Apple Loops for GarageBand folder, but GarageBand doesn't see them. There are hundreds of loops here that I've never seen! How do I get GarageBand to access them?

Hello,

The Loops you see in "grey" are only placeholders for Loops you can buy on CDs called JamPack at Applestore.

All the other Loops you see in "black" are for free at the purchase of Garageband application itself.
