garageband and icontrol

i do a lot of recording and saw the m-audio icontrol unit that syncs with garageband. i've been trying research reviews and i've come across a few saying some of the icontrol is not compatible with 3.0.4? does anyone know any more about this or if they have fixed this problem? most of the reviews are very good, and its a pretty cheap little unit that im very much interested in. thanks!
