garageband and imovie downloads

Hello, I bought this macbook pro from a friend: Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63) and it doesn't have garageband or imovie on it. Where can I download suitable apps for this computer,? Free preferably. I don't mean updates, I mean the actual app...

any advice will be great.

Both apps are free on the app store. You may need to update to a newer OS
