Garageband and podcasting

i'm playing with the idea of starting my own podcast, and i'm wondering, is it possible (or as easy as apple says) to create and publish a podcast using garageband? or is there a better way?

I don't have a regular podcast, but I've certainly used GB to record a couple of messages for family and friends with ease. I've not used any other programs, but GB worked fine for me. It was very easy to publish using both my .mac iWeb site as well as an independent site I maintain.
