GarageBand, how do I find Do(C) Re(D) Mi(E) in Instrument Library?

As a newbie in music, I'm interested to find the usual notes/octaves in the Library/Application Support/Garage Band/Instrument Library/Sampler

but what I read there is 131 files marked as 045_A1KM56_H and so on. Anyone can provide some guidelines ?
