Garageband Loop Issue

I have a small soundtrack (8 seconds) that I want to loop for continuos smooth play. I'm still working on aligning the beginning and end, but when I use Apple's loop extender there is always a faint "click" or sound abnormality that isn't part of the audio during the transition of each loop.

Any ideas?
