Garageband MISSING audio files!

Okay so yesterday I recorded a full project of about 20 or so tracks. Today I open the project file and their ALL GONE! I tried right clicking on the .band file and browsing the "media" folder, but NOTHING is there!

How can this be?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I absolutely must fix this asap!
