GarageBand no longer free after updating to iOS 8

When I bought my iPad Air a few months ago, GarageBand was free to download.

Now I've updated to iOS 8, it's now wanting £2.99 from me?

Surely this can't be right....? It can't purely be an iOS 7 only option.

Look under purchases. It should still be a free download.
