Garageband question...

Hi,
I am a grade 6 piano player and I have an upright piano at home. I know you can connect keyboards to the Mac but can I connect my piano (which has no connection ports) to my (soon to arrive) macbook pro so that I can record my pieces in Garageband?

I think you could with some sort of microphone setup...
